Data in your account

To create and maintain your personal account, we store your name, delivery and residential or business addresses, phone number, email address, date of birth (if provided), payment details, gift vouchers, and gift cards.

In your account, we also store your order history, selected payment options, the status of your sale, payments, and any delivery options.

We aim to make the sales and activities on easier and more enjoyable for our customers. Therefore, we retain the data in your account as long as you remain an active customer with us. If we see that you haven't logged in for 7 years, we will delete all your data. Additionally, you always have the freedom to ask us at any time to delete your data or account.

Data for an optimal shopping experience

We do everything we can to ensure that our service runs smoothly, and we can always process your sales.

First of all, we constantly work on ensuring our website functions properly. Of course, we will always work on improving our services. For this reason, we may use your customer ID and email address to invite you to participate in an optional customer or market survey. We often conduct these surveys ourselves, but sometimes we use external specialized partners. By participating in these surveys, you help us improve our service and product. Your data linked to the results of the customer or market survey will be kept until the survey is finalized. This naturally varies per survey.

We are very pleased with reviews. With reviews, you help other customers find what they are looking for and provide us with a way to maintain the quality of our service.

Given the importance of as many reviews as possible, we keep them until you ask us to remove the review. An exception is when a review does not meet the review requirements and must be removed.

With whom is your data shared?
Selling partners

When you make a sale through one of our partners, the data necessary for processing your sale are shared between and the relevant partner. If you make a sale from a business account, data such as the company name, business address, Chamber of Commerce number, and order number will also be shared for processing your sale.

If you contact our customer service regarding a sale made through one of our partners, they will forward your question or complaint to us for handling.

Distribution and logistics partners

To process your order, we collaborate with logistics partners such as Postnl and Sendcloud. These parties receive your name and delivery address to ensure they receive your sale properly.

Other external service providers

To deliver our services optimally, we also engage other external service providers for various purposes. Sometimes, this requires personal data. Of course, we only share this data if we are obliged to have these external partners perform the task. Please note that we never sell your data to these service providers or other third parties. Furthermore, we have agreements with all external service providers in which we make arrangements about what they are allowed to do with the data.
